We take pride in roasting and delivering the best coffee in town.

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely happy with your order then please give us a call or email as soon as you can.

Goods (not beans) may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds are available for mail and internet customers only.

Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing before ordering. Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you want an exchange or refund.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non refundable and non exchangable.

With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging.
