I was impressed how knowledgeable the chap was at the store (sorry forgotten Name!) He answered all my questions and concerns. I was also impressed with how quickly I had my machine once the decision was made. I am not necessarily drinking more coffee, however I am enjoying the coffee I am drinking a lot more.
