Fusion Coffee is proud to roast a Swiss Water Decaf coffee blend fresh for our customers right here in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga.

 

The Swiss Water process uses the elements of fresh water, temperature and time to extract the caffeine from the green coffee beans leaving it 99.9% decaffeinated. The best part about the Swiss Water process is that there are no chemicals used during this process, allowing the coffee beans to reflect their true flavours without the caffeine content.

Our decaf is for coffee lovers who want a good night’s rest – without giving up that cup of pleasure.

De-caf is delightful!

We find the De-Caf coffee from Fusion is great and have been buying it for a while now. It doesn’t taste lesser than the ‘real’ coffee, so we are happy

Love the coffee but the slow delivery

We’re great fans of your decaf and we usually order 1 week in advance of running out. The last couple of orders have taken between 10-14 days to be delivered from the Mount to Papamoa. We’ve run out of coffee on both occasions which is such an inconvenience. When I called to complain I was told it’s out of your control and there’s nothing that can be done about it. A bit disappointing considering this is the 2nd time round and I’m still waiting for delivery 7 days later.

Hi Colleen, We're truly sorry to hear about this inconvenience you are experiencing. We wish we had control over deliveries once they had left our roastery but this is solely down to the courier service and possible delays or new Covid-19 structures they will have to be adhering to. So sorry to hear about this and we hope the service is resolved as soon as possible.
