Medium
Green sencha tea with lime and lemon pieces, daisies and lime flavour
1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.

This is a lovely, refreshing green tea infusion. Such a good summer time drink. For a sweeter drink, add a little honey. Mmmm!

Thanks so much for your review Jayne! What a great summary of this tea and how you can use it. We also like brewing a small shot (100ml) of this tea for about 3 minutes, filling a big glass with ice and cold water and dropping the tea shot over the top for a summer iced tea. If you have a soda stream at home - you could also fizz up your cold water before dropping he shot in. We hope you are getting the most out of your summer!
