Green sencha tea with lime and lemon pieces, daisies and lime flavour
1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.

We also like brewing a small shot (100ml) of this tea for about 3 minutes, filling a big glass with ice and cold water and dropping the tea shot over the top for a summer iced tea.
