New ZealandWe’re great fans of your decaf and we usually order 1 week in advance of running out. The last couple of orders have taken between 10-14 days to be delivered from the Mount to Papamoa. We’ve run out of coffee on both occasions which is such an inconvenience. When I called to complain I was told it’s out of your control and there’s nothing that can be done about it. A bit disappointing considering this is the 2nd time round and I’m still waiting for delivery 7 days later.

We wish we had control over deliveries once they had left our roastery but this is solely down to the courier service and possible delays or new Covid-19 structures they will have to be adhering to.
